Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the L1 Application Support / Application Support Executive position at your organization. I am an MCA graduate with hands-on experience in supporting live applications, troubleshooting user issues, and working with databases and APIs.

During my tenure at Kartum Infotech, I provided production support for mobile applications, handled user-reported issues, analyzed application logs, verified data using SQL, Firebase, and Supabase, and collaborated closely with developers to resolve critical problems. This experience helped me develop strong skills in incident handling, root cause analysis, and customer-focused problem solving.

I have practical exposure to SQL queries, API/JSON troubleshooting, log analysis, and ticket-based support processes. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments and take pride in ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
