1. Engineered an enterprise certification management system integrating a Flutter mobile app (candidates) with a Laravel back-office panel (admins & assessors), fully digitizing the assessment workflow. 2. Built Flutter mobile app enabling candidates to register, complete self-assessments, upload documents, and sign digitally via integrated signature pad. 3. Architected admin dashboard using Laravel 12 + Filament v3 with multi-layered RBAC (Filament Shield) strictly segregating access between administrators and assessors. 4. Automated official PDF certificate generation via DOMPDF and secured document integrity using dynamic QR Code signatures + Laravel Signed Routes to prevent forgery.
