Worked closely with the Production, Design and Development team.  Have worked on (iOS, iPAD and Android) Mobile Testing and Web Testing.  Attended PR meeting for features and worked as POC (Point of Contact) for 12+ features  Worked as POC for all features and provided feedbacks and suggestion for game features.  Facilitated daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews to ensure smooth Agile ceremonies.  Acted as a bridge between Product Owners, Developers and QA team, ensuring clarity of requirements and timely defect resolution.  Assisted in backlog grooming by collaborating with business stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories.  Tracked sprint progress using JIRA and ensured blockers were removed to maintain sprint velocity.  Encourage Agile best practices within a QA ream, improving collaboration and efficiency.  Supported the testing team by aligning testing activities with sprint goals and ensuring timely test execution & defect closure.  Prepared QA status reports for management visibility.  Able to handle team of 30 members, assigning task to members and monitoring them for daily task.  Successfully led and coordinated 30+ cross- functional team members (Developers, QA, Business Analysts across multiple Agile projects).
