The project involved: Extraction and characterization of lipids (fats) from plant samples Analysis of antioxidant properties and evaluation of bioactive compounds Identification and assessment of antinutritional factors Application of biochemical and microbiological techniques for sample processing and analysis Documentation, data interpretation, and preparation of research findings This work strengthened my understanding of food chemistry, bioactive compounds, and laboratory research methodologies, along with improving my analytical and documentation skills.
