Alongside, undertaking a minor in Human Resource Management to develop key skills in recruitment, performance management, organizational behavior, and employee engagement. The program covered areas such as accounting, finance, business management, along with computer programming, database management, and office automation tools. This degree provided a solid foundation in both business operations and technological applications relevant to the modern workplace.
